We have a no questions, no quibble, no queuing at the customer service desk policy when it comes to returns.
And it's this…
1. We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. Just return it to us safe and sound within 14 days of receipt. In this instance, you will need to pay for return postage. We recommend you use recorded post (second class is fine) as we cannot refund items broken or lost during transit.
2. If the item is damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. We’ll refund the delivery charge and return postage on any faulty item.
3. If you prefer, we can give you a gift voucher (we call them tokens of appreciation) rather than an exchange or refund.

> Our return address is: Stylechapel, 42 Rugby Place, Brighton, East Sussex BN2 5JA.
> All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. We cannot accept responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rates (if Mark Carney can’t control things like that, what hope have we got?) and loss of currency as a result. We would ask our overseas customers to be aware of this.
> If you have any queries, pick up the dog and give us a call on + 44 (0)1273 243954. By ‘dog’ we mean ‘dog and bone’, phone. Cockney rhyming slang. We don’t mean literally pick up your dog and dial us on him/her. It probably won’t work. If it does work, get in touch with Apple – you could be on to something.
