If you spend over £50, delivery is free to any address within the UK.
Our delivery promise
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). It will be beautifully wrapped, securely packed and speedily dispatched as soon as the Man from Del Monte (the bloke at the bank) has approved your payment.
Whilst we love our job – and we do – every now and again we need a bit of time off to re-charge the batteries, catch up on Netflix and walk the dog. So just to let you know, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. At any stage please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Please ensure that you enter the full and correct invoice and delivery address. If we think something looks wrong, we’ll contact you. This may delay things a little but we’d rather make sure the address is right before we dispatch your order. Please check the delivery address on any acknowledgement we send you and let us know if it is incorrect.
As soon as you receive your delivery, please check that the products are what you ordered. Any problems, drop us a line and we’ll sort it out.
Delivery within the UK
Your order will either be sent via first class recorded delivery (normally 1-2 days) or via courier (usually 2-3 days) depending on the size and weight of your order.
Our delivery charges start at £2.95. Or you can choose to pay extra for Guaranteed Special Delivery.
We ship to many countries throughout the world. From Tittybong (Australia) to Arsoli (Italy), Hell (Norway) to Nirvanna (USA).
For international deliveries, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed For service. We also use a number of couriers depending on the location.
Delivery is usually 3 working days to Europe, 5 working days to the US and approx 10 working days for the rest of the world.
We cannot guarantee delivery in these time frames because a lot is outside our control. You know things like ash clouds, a hint of snow in the air at Gatwick, planes re-routing to stock up on peanut mini-packs. And during exceptionally busy periods, your order may be slightly delayed. If that’s likely to happen, we’ll let you know.
Our delivery costs start at £6.00 for Ireland, £10.00 for Europe and £12.50 for the USA and the rest of the world. This changes depending on the weight and size of the package. Our international prices are the best we can get at the moment but we are always trying to improve these through different carriers and renegotiations.
Deliveries to non-European countries may be subject to import duties (payable on receipt of the goods) for which you will be liable. Contact your local customs for information and charges. These things are way beyond our understanding.
We have a no questions, no quibble, no queuing at the customer service desk policy when it comes to returns.
And it's this…
1. We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. Just return it to us safe and sound within 14 days of receipt. In this instance, you will need to pay for return postage. We recommend you use recorded post (second class is fine) as we cannot refund items broken or lost during transit.
2. If the item is damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. We’ll refund the delivery charge and return postage on any faulty item.
3. If you prefer, we can give you a gift voucher (we call them tokens of appreciation) rather than an exchange or refund.

> All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. We cannot accept responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rates (if Mark Carney can’t control things like that, what hope have we got?) and loss of currency as a result. We would ask our overseas customers to be aware of this.
> If you have any queries, pick up the dog and give us a call on + 44 (0)1273 243954. By ‘dog’ we mean ‘dog and bone’, phone. Cockney rhyming slang. We don’t mean literally pick up your dog and dial us on him/her. It probably won’t work. If it does work, get in touch with Apple – you could be on to something.
