Our delivery promise

Stylechapel delivery vanYour order will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). It will be beautifully wrapped, securely packed and speedily dispatched as soon as the Man from Del Monte (the bloke at the bank) has approved your payment.

Whilst we love our job – and we do – every now and again we need a bit of time off to re-charge the batteries, catch up on Netflix and walk the dog. So just to let you know, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. At any stage please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery address

Please ensure that you enter the full and correct invoice and delivery address. If we think something looks wrong, we’ll contact you. This may delay things a little but we’d rather make sure the address is right before we dispatch your order. Please check the delivery address on any acknowledgement we send you and let us know if it is incorrect.

As soon as you receive your delivery, please check that the products are what you ordered. Any problems, drop us a line and we’ll sort it out.

Delivery within the UK (updated due to Covid-19)
We have changed our delivery options to allow us to work safely during the pandemic. These options depend on the size and weight of your order.
Letterbox: Many of our products fit into a handy letterbox-sized mailing box, which means you don't need to be at home when it's delivered. For these orders, we use Royal Mail’s First Class service. This usually takes 2 days and costs just £2.50. You also have the option to choose express delivery via courier for £8.95.
Courier: Orders that won’t fit through a standard letterbox are sent via priority shipping. This is dispatched the next working day after you place your order with a next-day delivery service and costs £8.95. The courier will contact you before delivery so you have the option to change your day/time.



We have a no questions, no quibble, no queuing at the customer service desk policy when it comes to returns.

And it's this…

1. We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. Just return it to us safe and sound within 14 days of receipt. In this instance, you will need to pay for return postage. We recommend you use recorded post (second class is fine) as we cannot refund items broken or lost during transit.

2. If the item is damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. We’ll refund the delivery charge and return postage on any faulty item.

3. If you prefer, we can give you a gift voucher (we call them tokens of appreciation) rather than an exchange or refund.

> All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. We cannot accept responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rates (if the Governor of the Bank of England can’t control things like that, what hope have we got?) and loss of currency as a result. We would ask our overseas customers to be aware of this.
