We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as it is returned in its original condition (securely packaged) within 10 days of receipt. We recommend you use recorded post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during transit.
If the item is damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
We’ll refund the delivery charge and return postage if the item is faulty.
If you prefer, we can give you a gift voucher rather than an exchange or refund.

All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. We cannot accept responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rates (if Mervyn King can’t control things like that, what hope have we got?) and loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
