Delivery

GiftOur delivery promise

We make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. And that’s our promise.

Everything on the site is in stock (unless otherwise indicated) and will be dispatched within 24 hours from receiving your order (Monday-Friday). However we do ask for your patience during busy periods. You know Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, Ground Hog Day (2nd Feb), Stay at Home Because You Are Well Day (30 November) … we could go on.

Your order will be beautifully wrapped, securely packed and speedily dispatched as soon as the Man from Del Monte (the bloke at the bank) has approved your payment.

We send to business and residential addresses. And to be properly belts-and-braces, you will need to sign for it. That way, no one else will get their thieving little mits on your stuff.

Whilst we love our job – and we do – every now and again we need a bit of time off to re-charge the batteries, catch up on the washing and read the paper. So just to let you know, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

At any stage please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or are worried that your order may have got lost in the big sorting office in the sky.

Delivery address

Please ensure that you enter the full and correct invoice and delivery address. This is important, so we’ll say it again. Please ensure that you enter the full and correct invoice and delivery address. If we think something looks wrong, we’ll contact you. This may delay things a little but we’d rather make sure the address is right before we dispatch your order.

Please check the delivery address on any acknowledgement we send you and let us know straightaway if it is wrong or incomplete. If you change the delivery address after submitting an order, we may need to charge extra.

And as soon as you receive your delivery, please check that the products are what you ordered and that the order is complete. Any problems, drop us a line at info@stylechapel.com and we’ll sort it out.

Delivery within the UK

Standard delivery is 1-2 working days (sent first class recorded delivery). If you place an order at 5pm, it probably won’t get to you the next day. That would be asking a bit too much of our friends at the PO, obliging though they are.

Our delivery charges start at £2.00 and this increases depending on the weight and size of the package. Your shopping bag will show you exactly how much, so there will be no nasty surprises at checkout.

We use First Class Recorded Delivery as standard which tends to be very quick but if you want to pay extra for Guaranteed Special Delivery, just give us a call on 01273 243954 or send us an email and we can advise.

If you spend over £75, delivery is free to any address within the UK.

International delivery

We ship to many countries throughout the world. From Tittybong (Australia) to Arsoli (Italy), Hell (Norway) to Nirvanna (USA).
You'll be able to see exactly which countries when you sign in.

For international deliveries, we use either Royal Mail Airsure® which means it will be sent on the earliest flight and receive priority handling, or their International Signed For service. We also use a number of couriers.

Delivery is usually 3 working days to Europe, 5 working days to the US and up to 10 working days for the rest of the world.

We cannot guarantee delivery in these time frames because a lot is outside our control. You know things like ash clouds, a hint of snow in the air at Gatwick, planes re-routing to stock up on peanut mini-packs. And during exceptionally busy periods, your order may be slightly delayed. If that’s likely to happen, we’ll let you know.

Our delivery costs start at £7.50 for Europe and £10.00 for the USA and the rest of the world. This increases depending on the weight and size of the package. Your shopping bag will show you exactly how much, so there will be no nasty surprises at checkout. Our international prices are the best we can get at the moment but we are constantly trying to improve these through different carriers and renegotiations.

Import duty

Deliveries to non-European countries may be subject to import duties (payable on receipt of the goods) for which you will be liable. Contact your local customs for information and charges. These things are way beyond our understanding.
